Telephony and Internet Services

Both the Creative Media Centre and Innovation Centre have telephony and internet services set up and ready to plug in and go.

At Pacific House and Havelock Place clients are responsible for installing their own telecoms solutions.

Internet at CMC & IC

Our fibre internet connection is designed for business use and provides the same upload and download speeds. It can be rented on a monthly basis and there are no charges for ending the service. We also charge no connection or installation fees.

Our three internet packages all provide access to the full speeds available and are differentiated by the amount of data you send and receive.

Standard
Suitable for small to medium sized companies who use the internet for email, to look at websites and for small downloads or uploads. This service provides up to 80Mbps and allows you to send/receive up to 40Mb per month.  For £35pcm +VAT

Standard+
Suitable for companies of any size who frequently download or upload files. This service provides up to 80Mbps and allows you to send/receive up to 75Mb per month.
For £55pcm +VAT 

Premium
This service is suitable for large companies or those who have a high bandwidth requirement. This service provides up to 80Mbps and allows you to send/receive over 75Mb per month.
For £110pcm +VAT 

Telephony at CMC & IC

When you move into the Creative Media Centre or Innovation Centre we will allocate you with as many telephone and fax numbers as you require. These numbers will stay the same if you move units within the Centre.

Our stylish telephone handsets provide you with:

  • Voicemail
  • caller ID
  • received/missed call record
  • hands-free
  • user controlled number divert

We can also program advanced features such as call divert, auto-attendant, hunt groups and voicemail-to-email.

The minimum line rental period is one month plus a small initial set up fee. There are no connection or minimum call charges. Calls are billed by the second and to 1/100th of a penny. Invoicing occurs monthly and all calls are itemised.
