How much does space cost
The rent is set for the three year term of the lease.
The offices are £14per sq ft per annum. The offices with air conditioning are £15.40per sq ft per annum.
The workshops are £12.50per sq ft per annum with roller shutters and £11.50per sq ft per annum without roller shutters.
The workshop units 1 - 6 on level 0 are £9.80per sq ft per annum.
All units are let in excellent condition, are light, spacious and ready to move into.
Each unit pays a proportion of the service charge based on its size. The service charge is currently estimated at £8.40 per sq ft per annum and this is reviewed annually.

We have a variety of fully decorated office units for between 1 to 8 people – some with stunning views. All offices have a painted plaster finish, suspended ceilings and are carpeted throughout. Our offices range from 14–96 sq metres (155–1,030 sq ft).
We have a range of workshop units – some with improved access through roller shutter doors and some with running water. Workshops have painted block finished walls, painted concrete floors, the option of 3-phase electrical power supply, and approximately 2.9 metre (9.5 ft) ceiling height. Our Workshops range from 30–57 sq metres (325–615 sq ft).
