Having been set up in Australia over twenty years ago under the name of Shopper Anonymous by Jonathan Winchester, CEO, we moved over to the UK in 2006.
In the years since then, the services offered have only increased. Customers no longer only required a simple ‘mystery shop’ – we developed training programmes, mentoring sessions, local support and sector benchmarking among many other tools designed to help businesses transform their Customer Experience. Ultimately, our brand no longer represented the service that we offered. That’s why, in July 2018, Shopper Anonymous became insight6.

insight6 currently has 20 franchised areas including one in Dublin, our first outside of the UK. We are currently in negotiations over several other UK areas and so that number is likely to rise in the immediate future.
There are 24 Customer Experience Directors spread across the franchises, 6 members of staff at our UK HQ and a team of over 1200 researchers across both the UK and Ireland.
